March Stamp~a~Stack

March Stamp~a~Stack

This month I was kind of given a Challange by one of my New Recruits, Maureen.
We were talking about her future Stamp~a~Stacks and she said that she really wanted to just use "One" stamp set for all of her projects for that night. Well I have been thinking about this a little and thought I would give it a whirl....using the New Happy Moments set from the Sale-a-bration catalog!!! and the best part was it was FREE!!!! I love it when it is Sale-a-bration time.
And here we have it, now please forgive me for the St. Patricks Day Flower Pin, but I just had to do something with the new Go Green Stamp in the Occasional Mini!

This idea came from the New Stampin' Success that I just received in the mail yesterday! I changed it up just a tad to accomodate my challange, and You can not see it, but the cake is yellow, with orange flowers, and then to jazz it up, I added "chunky glitter" O' My it looks good enough to eat! I really liked the color combo!
Awwwwwe, such a simple card, very basic, but Lovely!!! I have really fallen in love with the New Scallop Trim Border Punch. I think the reason I love it soooo much is....it was FREE!
This was another idea I had gotten out of the New Stampin' Success, hmmmm see all of these cuties??? You too could receive the Issues of Stampin' Success!!!! What is that you say, how? Join my team, and become a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, sign up by March 31st, and get 15% off the Starter Kit, a FREE stamp set up to a $47.95 value, and FREE Shipping!!!
So what are you waiting for?

and last but not least, this cute little St. Patty's day pin, I wanted to do something different for the ladies, we normally do some type of a treat bag with candy, (O' don't worry, I will still have plenty of chocolate for them to eat) So here it is, my contribution to St. Pattys day.
Did you know that Savannah, Ga. has the 2nd largest St. Patricks Day Celebration in the U. S.?
New York City, NY has the biggest. The children are even out of school that day, who ever heard of that? O' My what is this city coming to? ;-)

Here is a side view, you can barely see the pin, it is one that has the self adhesive strip on the back, normally used for jewelry. So what I did was add Tombo glue to the already sticky back and it is holding on like a champ!

Great Gift Bag Idea!

This is a cute gift idea, I saw this on Becky Roberts Blog yesterday and thought O' that would be a Great idea for my Door Prize for the Hunter Spouses Club Luncheon I attended today.

I just love the distresssed look! Also one of the tricks we learned while at the Leadership Convention! O' soooo Many Ideas! and sooo little time!

All packaged up! I hope the Winner Likes It!

Our Special Guest Speaker, Tanya Biank! The Author of "Army Wives"!
Loved hearing her, and was thrilled to have her sign my copy!

Some of my Favorite Things...

I just love this card, making this scalloped ruffle,

was just the easiest thing to do! So precious!

1)just simply cut your strip of card stock approx. 2 times the length of your card

2)then use your scallop edge punch,

3)run your punched strip through your paper crimper a couple of times, will help the card stock be a little more workable.

4) gather the card stock to resemble the look of a ruffle! Love it!!! I got this idea off of the Stampin' Up! website, can not think of who had posted it, but I just loved it!

Isnt this one of the cutest cards you ever did see?
My friend Heather and I had such a GREAT time playing with this card! We just kept playing with it, stamping the cute little clothes on our wonderful Designer Series Paper, and then cutting them out! then using the cute little sisslits die to make the candy heart box, and the rose, and dont forget the tiarra and the bow tie!! O' my tooooo Cute.

You can go to my website to purchase this cute Build~a~Bear Stamps set along with the accessories that go with them. Simply go to the Occasional Mini, and turn to page38, item #118052
and the Great Sizzlits Die is item # 117987. Too cute for words!

Feb. Stamp~a~Stack

Febraury Stamp~a~Stack!

We had such a GREAT time Stampin' these cards!! let me tell ya!
These are all great ideas that I had gotten from Leadership Convention.

Re~Cap on January

WoW! January was a Whirl~Wind of a Month!!! It took me all month just to try and get back to the blog to update January!! O' my what are we going to do with me???

Januarys Stamp~a~Stack
Great time with my ladies, very busy time, my Stamp~a~Stack was the day before I left for Stampin' Up!s Leadership Training, in Sunny Phoenix, Az! O' my what fun we had!

This was the Leadership Convention Swap that I did, everyone seemed to like them! My Mother~in~Law helped me design it!!! She did such a GREAT job.

Meeting Lisa Fast!
O' this was such a GREAT Honor, for those of you who might not know, Lisa was the 2nd person in Stampin' Up! History to achieve $1Million in Sales!!! The reason I just had to meet her was, she was able to do this primarily by hosting her WorkShops in her own home rather then always going out to other homes! I soooo want to do this, with my husband currently deployed to Afghanistan, and having the 4 children at home, it is hard to really get out in the evenings for me! So I wanted to ask Lisa how she did it!!!! Thank you Lisa for the GREAT Advice!!!

I Won a FREE Stamp Set during the Sat. Regional Training event in Phoenix, Az.
I just love FREE Stamps!!!!

A sympathy card that my mother~in~law and I designed for a family friend, we needed something that was nice, yet could be masculine!
My mother~in~law & father~in~law Stamping at the dining room table!!!
HaHaHa they are truly converted!!!!
Love it!!!!!!!!

A very nice Valentines Card for one of my Jan. WorkShops.
It is hard to tell, but we traced the dotted hearts with 2-way glue and then sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds over them, very nice, but not too girly! Hard to see the bottom scalloped edge, but it looked so nice with the white showing through.

January Open House!
Can you tell the theme? Valentine's Day!!!
Love was in the air! Everyone had such a GREAT Day!
My favorite card of all was the Ruffle card, O' so cute and easy to do!!,
O' do you see the Heart Card? Too cute, the little tab sticking out is a Book Mark to be used later. so the idea is you pull the book mark out to get to your M&M's! Soooo Sweet
then the always faithful Hershy Kiss Triangle box, love it!!
And the Easiest one of all! was the Petal Card Chocolate holder!
