They just think of everything! Took me all of maybe 2 minutes to stamp, punch and put this card together!

You See, Stampin' Up! not only coordinates cardstock and ink pads that come in over 60 colors!

They also coordinate their  punches with their stamp sets!  So you simply stamp your image and come in with a punch and ~voila~ You have the makings of a Great Ice Cream Cone!
