Scallop Die Purse Class!!!

After my Event with "My Shelli" (I say that because she was my Shelli for a Day!) I had demonstrated how to make the Scallop Die Purse, thanks to Angie Juda's Great tutorial on YouTube.

A fellow demonstrator Lucua G. asked if I would consider helping her with a Purse Class
And I said well of course I would love to!

we all had fun laying out our fabric, finding just the right combonation for our purses.

Everyone just went to town! Noel in the black and white shirt was the only one that actually finished her purse!!!
A Great time was had by all! Lucia charged $25 for the class and that gave you the Scallop Die, now you got the die whether you had a BigShot or not....so that was a great Up Sale!!!!

Tomorrow I have a WorkShop and the Hostess wanted to do a Beach Theme, so I decided to do a 6"x6" page, since that usually fits most Scrapbooks!

I used the faux tearing technique to create the Water~Marina Mist, Sand~Crumb Cake & Sky~Marina Mist, punched out a 1"circle to sponge the sun in Daffodil Delight.
Used the BigShot to cut out the letters, you know we have to use the BigShot for every WorkShop!
I decided to put the 6"x6" on a 12"x12" along with individual pictures of my children! I have 1 more picture to add to the page, but that will have to wait til tomorrows WorkShop!

Lisa'a Tropical WorkShop

A friend of mine is a Pampered Chef Consultant and agreed to have a WorkShop for me! Thank you Lisa =)
Well, Lisa is working on her next Incentive Trip, and guess where she is going?
Hawaii!! Soooooo for her WorkShop we used the Tropical Party Stamp Set with coordinating Island Oasis Party Favor Boxes & Island Oasis DSP.

I just love showing how the DSP. Ribbon, Ink Pads and Stampin Markers all coordinate together, and when you can do it all on one simple card, you know you have a great project.

I used the 5"x3-1/2" note cards for the Make-n-Take.
When Shelli came to my house for my WorkShop of a LifeTime, she had used the NoteCards for ease, you get a package of 20 cards with envelopes, how easy is that? the CardStock is cut and scored for you and all you have to do is build on it! Doesn't get any easier then that! So....I have decided to do that as well, to make it easier on me!

I love this little Tote~ally Tess Note Card Holder!
I thought it was very appropriate for my friend Lisa!

and the cutest thing is the Lei, I thought how fitting! This will be one of her Inspirational Things in her office through out the year I am sure!

Here is the Monogrammed Stationary to go in the Little Tote!, very simple, but also show cases how awesome the DSP is.

Sneak Peek ~ Friends Never Fade~

I just love this new Stamp Set, Friends Never Fade coupled with Brayer Technique! O' what a Great Combo.

I took the Finial Press embossing folder, using the New Daffodil Delight Ink, I used the brayer to add the ink to the embossing folder, on the flat side of the folder.
Stamped the Friends image with Early Expresso, coloring in the flower with the Daffodil Delight, then added Dazzling Diamonds to add a little bling! Oooo~La~La
I think I am going to use the 3/8" Daffodil Delight Taffeta Ribbon instead of the Chocolate Chip, Hmm I could always try the Early Expresso Taffeta.
The names of the new Colors are soooo Yummy! I wish I could just run to Star Bucks and get a Decaf Expresso!!! otherwise I might be up allllllllllll night!

Simple Military Thank You Cards!

A Dear Friend of mine, needed some Simple Military Thank You Cards for Welcome Baskets, she actually had a stamp for the Unit Logo and wanted me to build the card around the stamp.

The Unit colors are Brilliant Blue (so we may need to stock up)
I used just a simple Thank You from a retired set that I just love! Warmest Regards.
I simply tied with our gorgeous organza ribbon, I started to die the ribbon, but since the color is retiring i decided against it!

Blast from the Past

I just love summer, and I was looking for my precious little set Tart & Tangy, well I have been unable to find it which saddens me soooo!
So here is a few pictures of one of my favorite cards, that just makes me want to sit on the beach and drink Pink Lemonaide all day long!

I just love the Dazzling Diamonds on the rim of the glass, using the velum was sooooo much fun!

We did this for a Stamp~a~Stack some time ago and the ladies seem to really enjoy it as well!

Bridal Extravaganza

This past weekend I had the Honor of being a Vendor for the Ft. Stewart Bridal Extravaganza! This event was held for Military Spouses/Fiances, several vendors were on hand to help each Bride plan the perfect event! Whether that event was the Perfect Wedding ~ Vow ReNewal ~ or Anniversary ! The Bride could go from Vendor to Vendor and Plan everything from the Save the Dates( ;-) Me), to the Flowers, to the Dress (there were over 200 Wedding Dresses given away FREE), to the Entertainment, to the Catering, to the Digital Scrapbooking! (Me too!)

It was a GREAT Event, and it was soooooooo busy, I did not even have time to take pictures!

I had a table set up for a Big Shot Demonstration! We used the Petal Card Die Cut to make the most Simple yet Elegant Party Favor! Using the gorgeous Specialty Bridal DSP, tying with the very elegant Satin Ribbon!
The Event Coordinators had someone video taping the event, and they video taped me helping someone make the Party Favor, If I can get my hands on it, I will post it!

WoW what an Event! I had a Blast, each Vendor was asked to provide a Door Prize Gift, so this is what I Provided,

A cute bag of Thank You's along with the Thank You Kindly stamp set!
I wanted something very simple yet elegant!

I didn't have tissue to match, so what is a Stamper to do???
Stamp your own to coordinate perfectly!!
