Thoughts to Ponder..........

I just love this song that I just posted, so I thought I would share it with all of you.
Are you really living the way you always thought you would? Have you been honest? Have you been trust~worthy? Are you living the "Golden Rule" you were taught as a child?
I have always tried to do and be my best, as a woman, wife, and mother. No matter what happens, I thank the Lord daily for my blessings and always strive to be that woman I always thought I would be!!!!! I hope that as you listen to the song, it will touch you as well! Maybe there is someone that you have hurt or disappointed, maybe you should try and make amends......I bet you will feel much better!

Blessings to ya,
LaMuir

Desk Top Thank You Notes!

These are some of the easiest Thank You Notes you could ever do! And the little magazine style Card Holder was easy too! Just Using 2 Basic Black pieces of C/S, 2 Very Vanilla pieces of C/S, and 1 12x12 piece of Basic Black C/S, along with a few scraps of Riding Hood Red, and "Lovely Letter" DSP.

Everything coordinates, the cards, the envelopes, as well as the card holder. Give this as a wonderful Teacher's gift, or for a co-worker. You will get raves once people see how creative you are!!!! I just love the colors in the "Love Letter" Designer Series Paper!

Basic Black, Riding Hood Red, and Very Vanilla, just so fun to work with!

I used the "Elements of Style" Stamp set, stamping the whole image with Riding Hood Red, then using a Q-tip, cleaned off the words and then used the Basic Black Stampin' write marker to color in the words. Made for a nice effect I think. The ribbon is actually retired, but it is the Riding Hood Red, 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon.

Did the same technique here, using the Perfect Punches Stamp set, I just love how it turned out, don't you?

I will have to post directions for the magazine style card holder a little bit later.

Happy Birthday to my Nephew!

Happy Birthday to my Nephew ~ Peyton!

I was a little rushed for time today, and didn't have time to make a card for Dear Peyton, so I looked through my stash of cards and look at what I found. A pretty cute card that was made using some retired stamps, but I thought it was fitting for Peyton, so I snapped a picture, boxed up his gift and off to the post office I went. Hope you have a Great Day!

They enjoyed playing "Just Dance" on the Wii with all of their friends, they had 18 in all! Not too bad for just moving 2 months ago!

Shelby with her cake! She loves the color teal, and Zebra stripes are all the rage right now! Happy Birthday to my Precious Shelby!

Stephanie saw my cousins daughters cake on FaceBook and just had to have it........so here ya go my Dear Sweet Daughter! I just love being able to give them whatever they want!

Two of the Best Daughters a Mom could have!!!!

A quick trip for a Drs. appt but you know we just had to make time to stamp with the girls! We had such a Great time and what awesome projects we made!

Just for a Day and then back to the Hubby & Children, and our lovely life in the mountains, someone asked if I missed Savannah...........Ummm after living in the gorgeous mountains for the last 2 months, Nope, not at all!!!!! But I must admit getting to go back to see my Stampin' friends and Dr & Staff was a nice treat for me! And Stuart was so kind, he had me fly instead of drive. He wanted to make it as easy on me as possible, so I could enjoy myself and not be stressed. He on the other hand, had is hands full with the children, softball games, laundry and cooking! But as always he handled it like a champ!

Strength & Hope!

2 words that I think go hand in hand when you or a loved one is dealing with Breast Cancer.

Partner with Stampin' UP! and myself to help raise money to help find a cure!

These are just 2 of the 6 projects you will be making when you sign up for the

Strength & Hope Event!
Such a simple card, and sometimes, when you don't have just the right
words to say, a simple card is just what you need.

Isn't this just a sweet card? I love the light pink words stamped as a

background for the card. with the words,

courage ~ hope ~ believe ~ unity ~ survivor

caring ~ together ~ love ~ kindness

support ~ strength ~ blessed ~ thank you

What a powerful Message !
