Monster High Themed Birthday!!

After seeing the 6 tiered wedding cake a friend of mine asked if I could make her daughters Birthday Cake the following week, she sends me a picture and with a bit of a gulp I agreed.

I had never seen Monster High before, but I must admit it sure is cute!

I used some Stampin' Up! Dazzling diamonds on the Melon Mambo Bow,
punched out some stars using the Glitter paper that Stampin Up offiers!!
Ya know I must use my Stampin' Up! Supplies with everything I do!!

Found this cute character from the cartoon, printed it off using card stock, and Stephanie colored using Stampin' Up! markers to match the colors of the cake and cut her out, we attached a skewer to her hiney and stuck her on the cake!

They had some many coming to the party, they wanted a few cupcakes.
So I had to decorate them as well, and Shelby helped put the cupcake pics together for me using again our amazing Stampin' Up! supplies!!!

they just turned out so stinking cute!!!
Thank you girls for helping so much, having 2 cakes to deliver on the same day 3 weeks after back surgery was a little more tiring then I would have though! Sure could not have done it with out my wonderful daughters helping me out!

This is just a simple cake that I made the same day.
It was Homecoming Dance night and one of the Cheerleading captains birthday.
Some of the Cheerleaders went out to dinner before the dance, and we brought her a cute little
cake with a birthday sash!
Forgot to take a picture of the sash, but it was super cute and matched her dress!
it was on wide Black Shiny Ribbon, and I cute out Birthday Girl with our silver glitter paper using the Stampin' Up! Big Shot.
Happy 18th Birthday Kristin!!

Wedded Bliss!

A dear Sweet friend/co-worker asked me to make her wedding cake!
She had found it on Matha Stewarts wedding site.
I looked and thought "Oh my that is a cake", but not wanting to disappoint!
I said "Of course I can make this cake for you"!!!  The scroll work on the white tiers is a little different, no as ornate as the cake on Martha's site, but it worked.
Then to complicate things just a tad bit, I ended up having a minor back surgery for a herniated disc just 2 weeks before the wedding. But not wanting to let the bride down, I was thankfully still able to  deliver the cake on time! Thank you to my girls for helping me with the delivery! the cake was a huge success!!
The  Bride & Groom were happy, so there for I was happy.
Success another stressful Wedding Cake delivery done!!!

La~La~Loopsy Cake!!

A sweet friend asked me to make a Birthday cake for her daughter using her favorite doll
La La Loopsy!!
So I did a little research, watched some really cute cartoons, and this is what I came up with!

And it was a fun way to use my 3 tier cake stand!

Just love how the stitched name turned out!

Awwwweee and here is the little bug friend that goes with La La Loopsy!
she was so super cute she deserved her how cake!

And "4" is such a Big Girl age, Airianna deserved her own cake as well!
although they did have so many guests, she didn't really get her own cake.
